Occupation: Records Clerk / Barrier Maintenance Adjunct
Relationship: Trusted contact to Watcher
Reputation: Discreet, reliable, cautious

History: Crowe works in one of the lesser municipal offices that interfaces with barrier upkeep schedules, inspection logs, and maintenance rosters. Officially, he files paperwork. Unofficially, he notices when records are altered after the fact. Years ago, Crowe and the Watcher crossed paths when Crowe realized someone was reading the same logs he was quietly correcting. Instead of reporting it, he asked why. Since then, Crowe has occasionally passed along schedules, discrepancies, or “clerical errors” that suggest when something is being hidden or quietly moved. He doesn’t ask what the information is used for, and the Watcher doesn’t volunteer. Their arrangement is careful and unspoken, built on mutual restraint rather than trust.

  • Arrested by the Bluecoats and questioned about the Old Town Echoes’ whereabouts and activities. Released the same day after Cam arranged a bribe on his behalf. Session 8
  • Approached clumsily by Watcher for help with Number 16 Camden Street and left cool about it, giving up less than he might have. He had nothing at all on The Meridian, but confirmed that the Camden Street house stands in Aldric Venn’s name, that Venn has no next of kin on any record, and that although the Spirit Wardens have taken and boiled the body, no one has yet registered the death at the courthouse.
