- Named on a neatly folded scrap of paper handed to Freakshow at The Meridian, with a single line beneath it: currently in the Charterhall Bluecoat evidence lock-up. Oswin Rall will take the Old Town Echoes on as his clients and conduit — a partnership he expects to profit handsomely from — if they bring it to him.
