Gabbart runs a nomadic card game at varying spots around the city. He is in his late 30s or early 40s, and he speaks and carries himself like a person of quality. He also attempts to dress as such but his clothes are shabby, either stolen or found in rubbish heaps. It’s very hard to tell if he’s a rich person who’s slumming, one that fell on very hard times, or just someone that’s putting on airs.
Due to the air of mystery around his card games, knowing where to find them and being able to play has become a point of prestige in some circles.
He’s Crow’s choice of vice purveyor.
- Threw Crow out of the game and told him not to come back, after Crow wiped the table with a run of winnings that stretched credulity. Some in the crew wondered whether the sage bundle that had left Crow screaming in Aldric Venn’s trophy room had something to do with the luck. Crow will have to win his way back into Gabbart’s good graces before the game is open to him again. Session 13
