A withered bundle of very dry sage, roughly half the size of a burrito, wrapped with a leather thong and dusty with age. Outwardly it resembles a common smudge stick, but it radiates strongly in the ghost field.
- Found by Crow and Boo in Professor Aldric Venn’s trophy case at Number 16 Camden Street. When Crow took hold of it directly, it tore a scream of blind agony out of him and left him stunned and semi-conscious; Boo knocked it from his hand and wrapped it carefully in cloth without touching it, carrying it away for study.
