History:
- An assassin who was approached by Cam but rejected the message, choosing instead to take a contract with the rival Reclaimer’s Circle. Session 6
- Revealed as the marksman Aldric Venn retained to hunt the Old Town Echoes — a fat retainer plus a bounty on each Echo he brought down. He was paid so richly that he was near the only man in the Circle still drawing coin, to the detriment of the rest, who went weeks without wages. He nearly killed Watcher with a rifle shot from Number 16 Camden Street. His young daughter was being held captive at Venn’s house; when the Echoes stormed it, they freed her and left Steiner a note declaring the contract done and the girl his, along with a purse of coin, hoping to buy him off the vendetta. Session 12
- Sent the Old Town Echoes an unsigned letter a few days later saying only thank you. With his daughter returned unharmed, and neither she nor he touched when the crew came for Aldric Venn, he considers the ledger between them square — and counts himself a friend of the crew again rather than an enemy.
