Nadine hasn’t done much talking, but her data has. We’ve managed to trace a majority of her extracurricular donations to the Foxglove Prospector’s Bank, where it disappears. My contacts in the Council and, more specifically, the Bureau aren’t being much help. You’d think they’d be motivated to follow the money trail. Then again, maybe they are and just aren’t telling me. In any event, I’ve attached transaction chain routing codes, dates, and amounts. Maybe you guys will have more luck than I am.

It becomes clear that Nadine Chen was funneling money into Foxglove. Her transactions were hand-delivered by two couriers Ramon Tyree and Victor Chambers and deposited to an anonymous account at the Foxglove Prospector’s Bank. Each transaction has a strong correlation to terrorist activities, notably the attempt to destroy the Skyward Elevator and the recent uprising on Grove. Each deposit is flushed to a fungible commodity almost immediately and can’t be traced further.
Later investigations in August of wy602 reveal that the account was opened by Dianna Patil, the controller for St. Anna’s of The Belts.
On August 2, wy602, Victor Chambers was murdered on Trinity Station. The culprit is at large.
Divyash Shaw, the nominal leader of the Foxglove Liberation Party, becomes interested in IBI’s investigation and warns them in so many words that the attention is not appreciated. He even goes so far to offer them a sacrificial lamb if they need to find someone to blame.

In other news, we’ve got intel that links Roger Daniels to a group known as The Children of Liberty. Most of what we know about these winners is associated with Grove, but I bet you lunch they were the ones behind the Indomitable mutiny (and maybe even the Eriksson elevator plot).
September 23rd
The Great Theft
On September 23rd, wy602, a series of well-coordinated attacks attributed to the Sons of the Reach ignited a new war of secession in The Reach.
The attack exploited code inserted into the Sierra version of the WDF Naval Operating System in February of wy602 and allowed someone aboard the ship to take complete control of the vessel and bypass safeguards. This facilitated the theft of fifty destroyer-class warships and the destruction of WDF Arnold Whistler at Foxglove.
