Gabbart runs a nomadic card game at varying spots around the city. He is in his late 30s or early 40s, and he speaks and carries himself like a person of quality. He also attempts to dress as such but his clothes are shabby, either stolen or found in rubbish heaps. It's very hard to tell if he's a rich person who's slumming, one that fell on very hard times, or just someone that's putting on airs. Due to the air of mystery around his card games, knowing where to find them and being able to play has become a point of prestige in some circles. He's [[Crow]]'s choice of vice purveyor.
